Lacrosse - 2013
Ainsley Baker graduated from Corning East High in 2007 after a highly decorated four years on the girls lacrosse team. She capped that career by being named a U.S. Lacrosse All-American. She helped the Trojans get to three straight final fours including the finals in 2004. Ainsley was named to the NYS All-Tournament team in both 2005 and 2006. She was named the All-Leader Player of the Year as both a junior and senior. She was First-Team, All-Leader three years and was named to the Section IV. First-Team three times. While competing in the Empire Games, Ainsley helped her team to a silver and a gold medal and was a NYS Scholar Athlete all four years in high school. Ainsley took her lacrosse talents to the University of Virginia where she was a three-time letter winner for the Lady Cavaliers. While a member of the Virginia lacrosse team, Ainsley was the guest speaker for the NYS Girl's High School Championship banquet.
