Track/Cross-Country - 2005

JOSH COPP graduated from Corning East High in 1999. He was a member of the Corning District cross-country, indoor and outdoor track teams during his high school career and earned nine letters. Following high school, Josh attended Corning Community College where he was the leading runner for his two years there. He finished third at Morrisville to lead the Red Barons to their first ever invitational win in the Mid-State Conference. Josh was named the Mid-State Conference Runner of the Year as he led CCC to the Conference championship with a first place finish. He was named to the All-Conference team both years at CCC. He finished 9th in Regionals to the make the Regional team and missed being named to the All-American team by one place as he finished 19th in the Nationals.
