Lacrosse - 1997
Casey Donegan graduated from Corning East in 1990 after playing a key role in helping the Trojans capture their first ever New York State Class B Championship. As a senior attackman, Casey was the top scorer in the state with 164 points and finished his career at East as the school's alltime leading career scorer. He finished his high school career with 456 total pints which is the second highest total in New York high school history. Casey played for the Syracuse Orangemen and was a member of the Syracuse national championship team during the 1993 season. Casey has participated as an instructor at various lacrosse camps throughout the Northeast and served as an assistant coach at Corning East on the 1995 and 1996 state championship runnerup teams. Casey was recently named as the head coach of the Corning Community College lacrosse team and will begin his first season this spring.
