Domenic DiNardo becomes the third member of the 1990 Corning East High School state Championship lacrosse team to be inducted into the C-PP Hall of Fame joining teammates Casey Donegan and Todd Cavallaro from 1997. Dom was the team captain of that title team and played a key role in the championship game. During his senior year, Domenic was named to the first-team All-Section IV squad as a midfielder. Dom also participated in the Empire State Games between his junior and senior years. He was also a standout on the Trojan football and basketball teams. He went to Hofstra University on a lacrosse scholarship where he was a four-year starter and twice was named the East Coast Conference Player of the Week. During his four years at Hofstra, Dom scored 85 goals and assisted on 47 others for the Flying Dutchmen. Following his senior season in 1994, Domenic, who served as team captain, was named to the NCAA All-American team. At the conclusion of his superb college career, Domenic was selected to participate in the prestigious North-South Senior All-Star game making him only one of two Corning East players so honored. Domenic has also served as an instructor at a number of lacrosse camps.
