Football - 2007

MATT DUPUIS was a three-sport star at Corning East for four years as a member of the basketball, lacrosse and football teams. As a member of the Trojans football team, Matt was a stalwart right from the beginning of his freshman season when he became the first freshman to start at the varsity level in ten years. He played fullback on the offensive side of the ball and linebacker on defense. He was a three-time member of the All-Leader and All-Star Gazette teams as well as being named the S-G Defensive Player of the Year as a senior. Following his senior season, Matt was selected to the New York State, Class C, Third Team as a linebacker. He was also named a Section Four All-Star twice. During his senior year, Matt was awarded two prestigious awards - the Truman Jacoby Memorial Scholarship and the George Bacalles Memorial Award. Matt also played basketball at East for four years and was a four year starter for the Trojans lacrosse team. He earned a lacrosse scholarship to Loyola College where he graduated in 2005. Matt is currently working for Citibank as a financial consultant in Washington, D.C.
