Kirby Fisher graduated from Corning West following a superb career as a three-year starter for the Vikings basketball team. During his three years at West, Kirby averaged over 17 points per game. After his sophomore season that saw him average slightly over ten points per game, he pushed that average to over 18 points a game as a junior, including a 30-point effort against Wellsville and 28-point night against East. As a senior, Kirby exploded with a scoring average of over 24 points per game including four games with 30 or more points. He was named All-STC in each of his three years at West and was named to the Section V All Star following his senior campaign.
