Football - 2000

Lance Locey graduated from Corning West in 1987 following a high school career that saw him earn six varsity letters in three sports. Lance was a standout for the Vikings lacrosse team for two years and also played basketball for two seasons, but it was on the football field where he truly made a name for himself.  He capped his varsity football career as a senior by being named All-STC and All-Twin Tiers when he threw for 815 yards and eleven touchdowns. Lance continued his football career at Alfred University where he ended a very successful career by being named the team MVP following his senior season. As a senior, Lance was the team's second leading rusher (from his quarterback position) with 608 years on 136 carries while completing 72 of a 149 pass attempts for 1,038 yards and five touchdowns. During his career, Lance threw for over 2,300 yards with 12 TD passes and rushed for 960 yards and 18 touchdowns. He was named a Division HI lacrosse third-team, All-American while in graduate school in Alfred. Lance currently resides in Orlando, FL.
