KERRY O'SHANICK (Annapolis, Md.) is the 3rd college lacrosse coach with East High player status named to the Hall (Terry Corcoran and John Baldini named previously) . . . Kerry most recently served 8 years as defensive coach at Naval Academy, recruiting several area plebe lax players ... He is also recognized as a contributor for originating the annual East High Lacrosse Alumni Game and as co-founder of the long-running Summer Box Lacrosse League ... Played defense at East, CCC and Cortland State before returning to East as an assistant lax coach . . . Joined Naval Academy varsity staff in 1982 . . . Returned to civilian life this summer after two Navy hitches as an officer at Annapolis.
