AMY PLUMLEY

Lacrosse - 2008

AMY PLUMLEY graduated from Corning West High School in 1999 where she played for the Lady Vikings lacrosse team as a junior and senior. She was a quick learn to lacrosse and was named to the All­Section IV and AII­Leader  teams  as  a  senior. Amy's  game  blossomed  in  college  where  she  attended  Division  II,  Mercyhurst College. She started all 60 games as a Laker and was twice named a collegiate All­American. As a sophomore she was the Mercyhurst Player's Choice Award winner and was named to the ECAC  second­team  before  the school went  independent. As a  junior, Amy was named  her  team's  Defensive  Most Valuable Player  and  as  a senior captain she was named the team's Most Valuable Player. She finished her career at Mercyhurst with 106 goals, second all­time in school history while adding 15 assists for 121 points. Amy's still playing lacrosse and is currently a member of the Washington Lacrosse Club.
