Gavin Roush

Ultimate Frisbee - 2014

Gavin Roush becomes the first person ever inducted into the C-PP Sports Hall of Fame for the sport of Ultimate Frisbee which he began playing while attending Bucknell University.

Gavin started working in Boston in 1999 where he played for a corporate team and ended up playing in national tournaments. From there it just blossomed. In 2000, Gavin began playing in international tournaments. He has competed for the Russian National team in European tournaments and then for the Finnish national team in tournaments all over the world. The 1992 Corning West High graduate has played in ultimate frisbee tournaments in Trinidad, Italy, Russia, Germany, Finland, Hawaii and North Korea just to name a few. Gavin has been featured in several publications throughout the world as an American who has traveled the world representing the sport, and he is currently being considered for induction into the National USA Ultimate Frisbee Hall of Fame. He is currently coaching ultimate frisbee in Finland where he lives and runs his consulting company.
